We fund projects and educational programs that connect visitors with our rich cultural heritage and natural resources. Welcoming and enriching visitor experiences

Since 1974, we have been a nonprofit dedicated to partnering and supporting our CA State Parks in the Lake Tahoe - Donner Lake region, and providing welcoming and enriching visitor experiences in those parks.

Sierra State Parks Foundation welcomes 1.5 million park visitors annually.

We operate two house museums, two visitor centers, and five park stores.
